Orders

How quickly will my order ship out?

We fulfill orders everyday. For same-day shipping, be sure to order before 2 p.m. EST.

My tracking has not updated, or is stuck in transit

If you see that your order hasn't moved in a few days, or is stuck in transit, please reach out to us at hey@alexcrane.co and we will get it sorted for you.

I'd like to cancel my order, change my shipping address, or adjust the style/color/size of my items

Easy! Please reach out to hey@alexcrane.co and we'll get it sorted.

I need my order rushed or by a specific date

We recommend selecting Overnight or 2 Day Air at checkout. If the order has already shipped reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic Returns / Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on all domestic (US) orders. For returns, you have 30 days from the date of shipping to return for a refund. For exchanges, you have up to 40 days to exchange for something else or store credit.

Worn, used, or damaged returns and exchange will not be accepted. If outside the return window, we can exchange or offer you store credit.

We charge a $7 restocking fee on returns.

International Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all international orders within 30 days of the original date of delivery. Here's how it works:

  1. Write us with your order number and a sentence or two explaining the reason for your return/exchange (your feedback will help us serve you better in the future).
  2. Depending on your location, we'll tell you where to send your return. Unfortunately, we can not cover return shipping costs. 
  3. We'll refund or exchange the item (minus original shipping cost) 5-7 days after we receive the return.

General

Discounts

Sign up on the website using your email to enjoy 10% off your first order. If you do not see the pop-up to enter your email, scroll to the bottom of the website. Please note that this discount cannot be combined with other codes and will not be valid during sale periods.

Sizing

We make all of our products true to standard sizing. For the fit and measurements of specific items, please refer to the size guides on our product pages. Any further questions can be directed to hey@alexcrane.co.

All of our clothes are pre-shrunk. Our linen products may change shape slightly in the shipping process or after a wash. Give them a moment, and they should return to to their normal size while slightly loosening with wear.

Care

Best care practices vary between our linen, cotton, and wool — as well as woven and knit garments. Please refer to specific product pages for instructions on how to wash, dry, and store our clothes.
