Domestic Returns / Exchanges

For orders placed during our sale (November 18th - December 3rd), you will have until Jan. 13th to return & exchange.

We offer returns and exchanges on all domestic (US) orders. For returns, you have 21 days from the date of purchase to return for a refund. For exchanges, you have up to 40 days to exchange for something else or store credit. Here’s how it works:

  1. To make a return, click here.
  2. To exchange for a different size or color, click here. We are offering a free $10 credit for all exchanges. It's basically free money. Give a new size or color or style a shot!

  1. Worn, used, or damaged returns and exchange will not be accepted.

If outside the return window, we can exchange or offer you store credit.

We charge a $7 restocking fee on returns.

International Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all international orders within 21 days of the original date of delivery. Here's how it works:

  1. Write us with your order number and a sentence or two explaining the reason for your return/exchange (your feedback will help us serve you better in the future).
  2. Depending on your location, we'll tell you where to send your return. Unfortunately, we can not cover return shipping costs. 
  3. We'll refund or exchange the item (minus original shipping cost) 5-7 days after we receive the return.

Exceptions

Here are some situations in which we will not accept a return or exchange:

  • Returns over 21 days old.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way that would prevent them from being sold as new.
  • Items purchased from a third party (i.e. not from our website)
  • Items purchased on final sale (i.e the sales section of our website)

 

     

    Happy Returns

    We're pleased to offer Happy Returns to our customers!  We have partnered with Happy Returns, to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges with no return label. Simply start your return via our online portal and opt to drop off your return at a return bar!

    • All eligible (unworn and unwashed) returns are accepted at Happy Returns Bars. These in-person returns will not incur a shipping label fee. A refund will be immediately processed upon return.
    • You can initiate your Happy Return by selecting the option in our returns portal (here).
    • Happy Returns will email you a QR code and an Express code to provide at your local Happy Returns Bar. Without a code, they will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to set up the return before heading to Happy Returns and bring your QR code with you.
    • If you experience issues starting your return online, please contact Happy Returns Customer Support directly at 877.750.4888.
    • No shipping boxes or mailer envelopes are needed for Happy Returns Bar returns. Please return in original packaging.
    • Happy Returns will not be able to make the exchange in their locations.
