It is solved by walking. Apparently St. Augustine said that and he seems like a pretty smart guy (technically he said “solvitur ambulando” because he spoke Latin).

Here’s the point: get out there and tramp about and jump in the ocean and climb a mountain. Not to prove anything, not to break a record, but just to enjoy the beauty of the bright blue planet.
