Here are some shots I took on my film camera: the Rockaways, some shells, my view from the window of a plane.
I've carried a Yashica T4 around since high school. I love/hate waiting for prints. The suspense is painful, not knowing if I captured something worthwhile. But then the delivery is so satisfying, an explosion of colors and memories.
The feeling reminds me of this past year. We've all been waiting, holding our breath, hoping we'll be rewarded for our patience. And, for what it's worth, I'm hopeful. The days are getting longer, the vaccines are rolling out, and I feel a lightness in my chest.
